This coffee is processed using a natural double fermentation, made from Belen Pink Bourbon grown at 1700 M.A.S.L . It delivers vibrant tasting notes of intense red fruits, lychee, and cacao syrup, with a clean and expressive profile. Roasted light to medium, it is best suited for filter brewing.
