At The Coffee Merchant, we are committed to delivering freshly roasted coffee beans with care
and efficiency across the UAE and beyond. Our fulfillment process is designed to ensure freshness,
reliability, and clear communication throughout your delivery experience.
Domestic Shipping (United Arab Emirates)
Delivery Timeline
We work with reliable third-party courier partners to deliver your orders across the UAE. While
we do not control courier operations directly, we can, with reasonable assurance, state that your
order will be delivered within five calendar working days from the date of dispatch.
Processing & Dispatch
• Orders placed before 5:00 PM UAE time (Monday to Friday) are typically processed and dispatched within the next calendar working day.
• Orders placed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or public holidays will be processed on
the next calendar working day.
Shipping Fees
Free Shipping: Orders valued at 250 AED or more qualify for free standard shipping within
the UAE.
Flat Rate: Orders below 250 AED will be charged a standard shipping fee of 20 AED,
applicable across all Emirates.
Order Handling & Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking
number and courier details.
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are accurate and complete to
avoid delivery delays or missed shipments. If a package is undeliverable due to incomplete or
incorrect information, additional fees may apply for re-delivery.
Missed, Lost or Damaged Deliveries
If you believe your package has been lost, delayed beyond five days, or arrived damaged, please
notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Include your order number and any relevant photos (in the
case of damage). We will investigate with our logistics partner and work to resolve the issue
promptly
International Shipping
We are pleased to offer international shipping on a case-by-case basis.
• Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination country and region.
• At this time, international orders are not automatically calculated at checkout
